Effiale - Spectre of the Clear Flame [Version 2]

Effiale is my twelfth OC protagonist character that I'm making for one of many other future manga stories that I'll be sure to create real soon. Character design is still being set in motion, I got some things in mind, but she'll even more awesome in later versions.

In the story I'm creating for Effiale, she is one of the 97 Spectres sent to a modern-day Earth from another galaxy. In an ancient tradition, the 97 Spectres travel to a random planet to fight each other. The victor reigns as the ruler of all Spectres, the "Phantom Lord." Once every thousand years, the rights to rule as the "Phantom Lord" is revoked and the tides of battle churn.

Effiale is a young-looking female Spectre who is often misunderstood from her deadly, lifeless stare. Other Spectres think she is unfriendly and hostile, therefore they try to avoid any mutual relationship with her. It also doesn't help that rumors had spread between their kind that she forcibly removed the existence of one of their fellow Spectres. Little did they know, she is actually a very gentle and kind-hearted girl. She would love to express her happiness and friendliness if she could. However, certain conditions do not allow her to often.
